Microsoft Word lets you create business publications from its template collections in just a couple of clicks, so you can customize items such as brochures and posters to go with just about every company need. Take that power a step further by combining templates and you’ll have no limits on what Word can do for you. Avoid setup time and the possibility of error by using Word’s already measured and set-up brochure template, but enlarge it to fit poster requirements. Tips • The key to making a trifold poster layout in Word is to start with the brochure first, then resize it to the poster size. This is so you retain the “gutters” – the folds – that Word has already set up.
